All the items listed above are included at the following rates:
Carnation Hall/ Azalea Room: $25.00 - $54.00 per person
Rose Ballroom: $29.00- $58.00 per person
- All prices shown are for Buffet Style serving (except Filet Mignon and Filet Mignon & Fresh Salmon). Add $4 to Buffet Menu prices to convert them to Sit Down Style serving.
- Chair Covers, Sashes, Linens, Napkins and Skirts: Color selections will be upon availability. Please see your sales representative for color selection samples.
- Customized Menus are available upon request.
- Prices listed are for dinner events. For Saturday luncheon events, Sunday dinner price will apply.
- For Sunday luncheon, Mon-Thurs. dinner price will apply. Duration for luncheon event is 10:00AM - 3:30PM. Please consult with us on ceremony packages and seasonal promotions.
- Optional services include hors d’oeuvres, floral arrangements, projector rental and setup, DJ and lighting systems set up and rental, bar table rental and bartender service, chair cover and sash rental and set up, and security guards for events with alcohol being served. Please visit us at your convenience to discuss any special requests.
Guest Minimums:
*Carnation Hall: A minimum of 150 guests is required for Saturday dinner events & 100 guests for other events.
*Rose Ballroom: A minimum of 220 guests is required for Saturday dinner events & 150 for other events.
*Azalea Room: A minimum of 40 guests is required for all events.
***An 18% service charge and CA Sales Tax will be added to the total.
