ALCOHOL & BAR SERVICES

Spring Field offers a variety of Bar services to accomodate your reception needs. Please note that receptions on Saturdays are not permitted to provide their own alcohol. Friday and Sunday events are permitted to do so through our Bartender Service.

Bar is required to close 1 hour prior to the event's end.

HOSTED BAR:
Provides your guests with an open bar. Prices below cover a 4 Hour Service.
All guests 21 years and older must be accounted for; for Bar specifics, please see your Sales representative.

Soft Bar ~ $13.00 per person
Call Bar ~ $15.00 per person
Gold Bar~ $19.00 per person

Additional Bar $150

*2 Hour minimum is required for Hosted Bar
(i.e. Pricing: Soft Bar is $13/4 hours, therefore 2 Hours is $6.50/person) 

CASH BAR:
Guests pay for their drinks.

$250 set up fee
for 1 Bartender and 1 Bar (includes all alchol varieties available in the Gold Bar)

Additional Bar $150

TICKET BAR:
TIckets are reedemed for one drink per ticket and may be distributed at event host's discretion. Guests without tickets may purchase additional drinks as a Cash Bar at no additional charge to event host.

Soft Bar Ticket ~ $4 per ticket
Call Bar Ticket~ $5 per ticket
Gold Bar Ticket~ $6 per ticket


BRING YOUR OWN ALCOHOL OPTION-

FRIDAY AND SUNDAY ONLY

Guests provide all alcohol, mixers, soft drinks for mixed drinks as well as bar supplies (ice, cups, napkins). Our bartender will distribute all alcohol at the Bar.

Bar Supplies ~ Ice Cups & Napkins (OPTIONAL) $100
