Spring Field offers an easy and convenient option for events that wish to hire an outside Catering company. As per our policy, all food vendors contracted to work at our facility must carry General Liability Insurance. Please see your sales representative for details.

Weekdays: $1,500 + $7 per person
Friday: $2,400 + $7 per person
Saturday: $3,000 + $10 per person (minimum of 250 people required)
Sunday: $2,500 + $7 per person
Carnation Hall
Weekdays: $1,250 + $7 per person
Friday: $1,500 + $7 per person
Saturday: $2,500 + $10 per person (minimum of 200 people required)
Sunday: $1,800 + $7 per person
Azalea Room (No Servers provided)
*Minimum of 40 guests required for ALL functions
Weekdays: $500
Friday: $700
Saturday: $1,000
Sunday: $800
Add-On Drinks Service (*Optional) - Soft Drinks, Coffee, and Fruit Punch: $2.00 per person
*Catering companies must provide their own serving staff for dinner. Spring Field will provide serving staff for Cake cutting and Champagne pouring service only.
*A copy of catering company’s General Liability Insurance will be required and must be submitted by Finalization (20 days prior to the event).
*If catering company cannot provide serving staff, servers may be contracted via Spring Field at $200 per server (1 for every 50 guests for Buffet; 2 for every 50 guests for Sit Down dinners).
