At Spring Field you have the flexibility to find your own caterer - or not have one at all!
Looking for a venue that will let you just rent space and nothing else? Look no further! Book a room with us and find your own vendors for tables, chairs, and other event staples!

At Spring Field you're welcome to bring in almost any outside caterer. We just require that they have their license, submit their liability insurance to cover Spring Field for the event date, and fill out our Outside Caterer Questionnaire. That's it! Room Rental
Want to find your own caterer but have us provide tables, chairs, table cloths, and napkins? Not a problem! With our Event Necessities add on, just pay a small fee per person, and we'll take care of the basics -- so you can focus on the parts that matter most to you.

Choose from our standard event chairs and basic overlay and underlay, or upgrade to our premium chiavari chairs and full-length table linens.
Event Necessities
Spring Field also offers a convenient option for clients whose catering companies either don't provide real glassware, dishware, and silverware, or who want the convenience of having us take care of it.
Like with the Event Necessities add on, for an additional fee, Spring Field staff will set up guest place settings, buss tables, and wash the dishes at the end of the event so you don't have to think about it. After all, who wants to worry about dirty dishes at the end of their daughter's birthday party?
