How many guests can Spring Field accommodate?

We can accommodate up to 350 guests seated banquet style in our Rose Ballroom. Find out more about our halls here.

How do I reserve a date?
To book a date, we'll need a $500 non-refundable deposit and a signed copy of your event contract. Please contact us through this form.
Can I use my own vendor?

Yes, you can use your own vendor. If you'd like to use your own caterer, we'll need them to have a license, fill out our Outside Catering Form, and send us a copy of their insurance with Spring Field named under "Additionally Insured" for the date of the event.

What does the site fee include?

Our site fee typically includes use of the designated space for 8 hours: 2 hours for setup, 5 hours for your event, and 1 hour for tear down. You can add on other amenities such as tables, chairs, linens, etc. from Spring Field or supply your own.

How do I reserve a date?
Our main parking lot is located conveniently behind our building on Chapman Ave and is free for the public. If that lot fills up, our security staff will direct your guests to parking at one of the other nearby lots or structures. See our parking map here.

Can I bring outside alcohol?
No outside alcohol or bartenders are permitted. Spring Field is proud to offer a variety of exceptional bar packages for your event.
