Whether you're looking for your ceremony venue, reception spot, or both, we have packages to fit all your wedding needs. 
Ceremony

Looking for an all-in-one ceremony and reception venue? Or do you have your reception venue picked out but need a place for the ceremony? We would love to help!

At Spring Field we can do ceremonies 3 ways:

1. A traditional ceremony setup in our Carnation Hall with reception to follow in Rose Ballroom

2. A room "flip" with ceremony and reception in the same venue

3. A less formal reception-style ceremony where guests are already seated at their tables

Cocktail Hour

Most groups take an hour or so between the ceremony and reception to take pictures with the bridal party and family, so wedding guests are encouraged to enjoy an hour of drinks and appetizers. 

We can help you put together a fantastic cocktail hour experience, complete with hors d'oeuvres, hosted or cash bar, DJ services, a photo booth, and more. 

If your reception will be in our Rose Ballroom, cocktail hour is on our 5th floor Balcony & Terrace. For Carnation Hall, the festivities will be in our 1st floor lobby. 

At Spring Field you have options for your reception- choose Rose Ballroom, Carnation Hall, or our Azalea Room; get catering through us or find your own vendor; let us help with decor, bring in a decorator, or have a DIY wedding.

For most receptions 6 hours for the event time are included, plus an addition 2 for set up and 1 hour for tear down. 

If you'd like to rent just the space and find all your own vendors, you'll be booking with our Rental option. We'll just need your caterer's license and insurance.

Reception
The Details

At Spring Field we know it's all in the details. From vendor partners like DJs and photographers, to in house decor like charger plates and wall wash lighting, we want to partner with you to bring your wedding dreams to life.

 

As an extra amenity, we also provide use of our Bridal Suite to our brides to use on the day of their wedding. Complete with tables, chairs, a couch, an on-suite bathroom, and plenty of space for you and your crew to hang out, spending the morning in our Bridal Suite will make you feel that much more special on your wedding day.
